When you use our website
When you use our website to browse our products and services and view the information we make available, a number of cookies are used by us and by third parties to allow the website to function, to collect useful information about visitors and to help to make your user experience better. Some of the cookies we use are strictly necessary for our website to function, and we do not ask for your consent to place these on your computer. However, for those cookies that are useful but not strictly necessary we will always ask for your consent before placing them. As well as the cookies we use, various third parties also place them on your computer, again with your consent.
When you purchase a product from our website
When you purchase products from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, and credit card information. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet. We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order, and to send you your products. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase. We require this information in order to process your payment, deliver your products or services, and fulfill our contract with you. We record your IP address in order to show that the correct tax was applied to the sale, which we are required to do by law. Your information is stored on our website and on our cloud server, both of which are based within the United States. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment processor which is based in the USA and with whom we have a contractual agreement which provides effective safeguards for your information. We do not retain your credit card information. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you. We keep your order information for an indefinite period, as the licenses we sell for our products do not expire.

In some instances, we may use social media cookies that collect information when you share information using a social media sharing button or “like” button on our Sites or you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking website such as Facebook or Twitter. The social network will record that you have done this. Advertising
We partner with third parties to display advertising on our Sites or to manage our advertising on other websites. Our third-party partners may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. These cookies track your browsing habits to enable us to show advertising which is more likely to be of interest to you. These cookies use information about your browsing history to group you with other users who have similar interests. Based on that information, and with our permission, third party advertisers can place cookies to enable them to show advertisements which we think will be relevant to your interests while you are on third party websites.
Do Not Track & Disabling Cookies
Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and/or across different websites. However, these features are not yet uniform and there is no common standard adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators. Therefore, although we may recognize a DNT signal for visitors from certain jurisdictions and/or certain browsers, we do not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to our Sites. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard. With regard to information we collect via cookies as described above, for further information about cookies, including how to see and manage what cookies have been set on your computer or mobile device, you can visit www.allaboutcookies.org. You can also manage your cookie settings on our Site by clicking on the Cookie Settings below.
